Sterling Merchant Finance Ltd and its affiliated companies work to provide positive changes in communities in which they operate and to transform people's lives through the power of collective effort to inspire a spirit of social responsibility.

We take seriously our commitment and duty to build strong relationships in the communities in which we live and work. As part of that commitment, our Community Outreach Program gives Sterling Merchant Finance members time off to work with colleagues in community service programs in cities where we have offices. Additionally, The African Foundation for Higher Education helps to serve the educational needs of young people in secondary schools in Africa.

Community Outreach Program

Sterling Merchant Finance Ltd has committed itself to assisting those in need within the communities where we work and live through volunteer activities. The Community Outreach Program is the embodiment of this commitment and works through giving our people time off to volunteer in educational and/or community based projects with local non-profit organizations.
